Audio-Technica Japan Introduced The limited model of Athe-Awsw DV headphones , inspired by the Star Wars and decorated with Dart Vader 's illustrations . The headphones are manufactured by hand and will be available exclusively on the company's stand during Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025, which will take place on April 18.
A total of ten pairs of such headphones will be made, and their cost will be 990 thousand yen (~ $ 6700).
The outer wooden headphone panel is covered with polished echizen lacquer and decorated with Dart Weider 's images made in traditional Japanese lacquer technique of maca.
The headphones weigh 415 grams (excluding cable) and are supplied in a special wooden box. The kit also includes a stand stylized under the Star Wars . In addition, users will receive two cables: one 3 meters long with a gilded stereotecker of 6.3 mm and another - 1.2 meters with a gilded minuteer 3.5 mm.
